Why do I offer Full Service Real Estate Services For 1.5% when some agents charge more?

There is no “standard” Real Estate Commission. Just like a professional in any other line of business, a Real Estate agent can charge as much or as little for his or her services as a client is willing to pay. In fact, setting commissions with competitors, or price fixing, is illegal.

How is my marketing plan different than that of other Real Estate agents marketing plan?

Every Real Estate agent has his or her own marketing plan. I focus on the activities that I know from my professional experience will get your home sold for top dollar, while eliminating the time-consuming and expensive activities that do little or nothing toward getting your home sold.

My marketing plan

I maximize the fields I use to market your home in the multiple listing service. I enter every field I can enter.  I write an intriguing, comprehensive, description of your home, designed to entice buyers to want to see it. Some of the information is information I get from you and some of it is observations I write about features of your home and the area that would appeal to buyers.  I always use professional photographs with a floor plan. Smart phones take great pictures but nothing compares to professional photographs and a floor plan. Having worked through the “foreclosure era” of 2008 to 2017, poor quality photos scream “distressed property” to me, and to many buyers who were also looking at homes during that time period.  I always recommend search-point pricing. Few agents do this but this causes your home to appear in more buyer searches, allows more buyers to find your home and makes your home look less expensive than similar homes.
